Clinical Lead Psychologist

We are seeking a highly experienced Clinical Lead Psychologist to join our team at Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our psychology department, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and expertise in the assessment, formulation, and intervention of service users accessing our PICU.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape and improve the service user journey in our unit. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide trauma-informed care, developing formulations and care plans that support transitions between community and inpatient settings.
As a seasoned practitioner psychologist, you will bring significant experience of working at a senior level in secondary mental health. Your ability to develop others through education, mentorship, coaching, teaching, assessing, presentations, and publishing will be essential in this role.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
