SAP SuccessFactors Business Support Specialist

This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference by supporting both business-as-usual activities and the exciting global deployment of SAP SuccessFactors. You'll be working closely with key stakeholders and contributing to the future of HR technology at our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the EC Workstream Lead as part of the global deployment of SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Provide specialized BAU support with a focus on Recruitment and Onboarding 2.0.
  • Lead technical discussions on business opportunities and resolve complex issues.
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while delivering innovative solutions.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to drive measurable business results.
  • Oversee feature enhancements and provide project support for HR applications.
  • Manage HRIS support tickets, resolve queries, and escalate technical issues when needed.
  • Configure solutions based on design directions, handle change requests, documentation, testing, and deploy new system functionalities.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams to provide training, guidance, and support.
  • Perform systems administration tasks, including data imports/exports, workflow design, and business rule creation.
  • Work with third-party vendors to develop and implement business-driven functionality.
  • Design and coordinate UAT activities with cross-departmental teams.
  • Support system upgrades and develop new SaaS functionality to meet business needs.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in implementing and managing SAP SuccessFactors Suite.
    • Strong hands-on administration, maintenance, and support of the SuccessFactors application.
    • Experience troubleshooting and managing issues in HRIS systems.
    • Excellent business analysis skills and the ability to manage project timelines effectively.
    • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality, time-sensitive results.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
    • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Recruiting and Onboarding.
    • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and is eager to grow and make an impact.
