Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Global SAP SuccessFactors Deployment Lead to join our dynamic team at Inchcape. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the global deployment of SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring timely delivery and effective implementation of business requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the global deployment of SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring timely delivery and effective implementation of business requirements.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and design solutions.
  • Developing and implementing detailed project plans, ensuring successful completion of milestones and objectives.
  • Providing guidance and support to team members, ensuring they have the necessary resources and expertise to deliver their tasks.
  • Maintaining open communication channels with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and updates on project progress.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring the project stays on track and meets its objectives.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, adhering to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Coordinating and participating in meetings, workshops, and training sessions, as required.
  • Reporting on project progress, highlighting successes, challenges, and lessons learned.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in leading large-scale projects, preferably in the field of SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems, identify solutions, and implement effective recommendations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing competing deadlines.

    Salary Range:$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
