Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Implementation Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Implementation Lead to lead our highly complex HR transformation program for a financial services organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in the Implementation of HR Processes.
  • Strong Business Acumen with a focus on HR Processes.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand requirements and provide the right solutions.
  • Support the Business Team on Data Migration Activities.
  • Deliver Requirement Traceability Matrix Based on the Business Requirements defined.
  • Expert in building High-Level Business, Functional, and Configuration Documents.
  • Expert in Customization and Building a custom solution.
  • Prepare and provide train a trainer program.
  • Conduct end-user training and support activities to ensure the successful adoption of SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions.
  • Define and Prepare Test scenarios and scripts based on the requirements gathered from the Discovery Session.
  • Support Transition Planning and transfer to BAU.

Essential Skill:

  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in HCM, SAP Success Factors.
  • Minimum 3 End-to-end Implementations of SAP SuccessFactors – Employee Central.
  • Experience in implementing International Payroll.
  • Experience in Delivering Greenfield Implementation With SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Experience working with Public Sector Banks.
  • Experience in HR processes such as Core HCM, Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking and Management, Learning & Development, Succession, Payroll & Compensation, Performance Management & Goals.
  • Excellent Interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills to engage customers.
  • SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Working experience in SAP Activate Methodology and DevOps.

Desirable Technical Skill:

  • Experience working with the Integration Centre and CPI integrations.
  • Experiences working with custom BTP applications, SAP alliance and other SAP partner products will be desirable.
