Job Overview:

Academics Ltd is seeking a talented teaching assistant to join our team and provide exceptional support to students with autism. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic success and personal growth.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ABA therapy techniques and the ability to adapt to the unique needs of each student. You will work closely with teachers and other staff members to develop and implement individualized education plans, ensuring that every student receives the support they need to thrive.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one support to a student with autism in Year 3
  • Implement ABA therapy techniques to promote learning and behavior
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to develop and implement individualized education plans

Salary and Benefits:

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 08:30am - 15:15pm, with a salary of £83-£90 per day, depending on experience and certifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
