About the Role:
We are looking for a Technical Relationship Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and prior experience in IT Sales/Account Management.
This is a client-facing role that requires building strong relationships with designated clients and understanding their needs and expectations. You will work closely with the clients to identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to achieve this.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional customer service
  • Map client requirements to our portfolio of services and identify opportunities for growth
  • Plan and execute client meetings and activities to achieve monthly gross margin targets
  • Monitor client satisfaction and provide feedback to improve our services
  • Forecast revenue on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Document all client activity and developments on our CRM system
  • Provide sales reporting to stakeholders by agreed deadlines

With a salary up to £55K basic, £75K OTE + bonus, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in IT Sales/Account Management.
