Technical Business Relationship Manager

Our client, a leading provider of managed IT services, is seeking a talented IT Account Manager to join their team. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for managing and developing existing client relationships, while also identifying new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
About the Ideal Candidate:
To succeed in this role, you will require strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients at all levels. Your experience as an IT Account Manager or equivalent will have equipped you with the skills to develop and execute account plans, identify new business opportunities, and stay ahead of industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
This position involves:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients to increase satisfaction and retention.
- Meeting with clients to discuss their needs and identify opportunities for growth and development.
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and activity on our CRM system.
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
