At the Richard Abson Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and professional Customer Service Ambassador to join our team. As the first point of contact for customers visiting our prestigious car dealership in Manchester, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.

The ideal candidate will have a professional telephone manner, excellent customer-facing skills, and a passion for delivering high levels of customer service. Previous hosting experience within any industry is preferred, and you must be well-presented at all times, as you will be the first impression for our customers.

The role will involve greeting all walk-ins in a friendly manner, ensuring they are handed over to the appropriate person, and providing an administration support function for the dealership as directed. You will also be responsible for answering any overflow in-coming telephone calls and re-directing them.

We offer a competitive basic salary, working hours Monday to Friday 1pm-6pm, and further progression within the dealer group. If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, we would love to hear from you.
