As the first point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for handling incoming inquiries via phone, website, and other channels. Your excellent communication skills and ability to multi-task in a busy environment will be essential in providing a professional service to our clients.

The successful candidate will have experience in the services industry, with a confident and professional approach to customer interactions. You will be responsible for supporting the team with administrative tasks, taking and processing client payments, and maintaining an organised workspace.
