**Job Summary**
Kathryn Hanks Recruitment Ltd is seeking a part-time Human Resources Administrator to join their team. As a key member of the HR department, you will provide administrative support and excellent service to both internal and external customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide efficient administration support and excellent service to both internal and external customers
* Involvement in recruitment and selection; drafting and displaying internal adverts, and working with external recruitment agencies, arranging shortlisting and interviews
* Conducting pre-employment checks, medical questionnaires, and obtaining references
* Tracking maternity, paternity, and shared parental leave requests, and recording and reporting family leave
* Preparing HR communication and announcements for the Employee notice board, ensuring HR notices are up to date and accurate across the site at all times
**Requirements**
* CIPD Level 3 (or above) qualification
* Good knowledge of employment law
* Clear, accurate, and concise verbal and written communication skills
* Computer literate with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* Ability to work well under pressure and possess great organisational and planning skills
**Working Arrangements**
* Part-time permanent position
* 16 to 20 hours per week
* Flexible hours to suit
**Salary**
* GBP22,000 to GBP26,000 (pro-rata) - on maximum 20 hours per week this would work out at just under GBP14k a year
