Bank Activities Coordinator

We're looking for a team player who can support our colleagues and residents in a fun and engaging way. As a Bank Activities Coordinator, you'll be responsible for planning and delivering leisure and social activities that promote physical, mental, and social wellbeing.

What you'll do:

  • Work collaboratively with the team to enrich the lives of our residents
  • Plan and deliver a variety of stimulating activities that promote physical, mental, and social wellbeing
  • Get to know our residents and provide them with a range of activities that cater to their interests and needs
  • Be creative and introduce new activities that will engage and entertain our residents
  • Support our colleagues in their roles and provide a positive and inclusive work environment

  • A caring and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about working with older people
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
  • A flexible approach and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances
