Sales Office Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Office Administrator to join our team at CT Recruitment Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing sales orders, providing exceptional customer care, and ensuring seamless communication with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process sales orders efficiently and accurately
  • Provide excellent customer care and liaison
  • Respond to customer order queries via phone and email
  • Utilize Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word, to manage sales data and documents

Requirements:

  • Computer literacy and numeracy skills
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
