About the Role

We provide high-quality training and support to schools, empowering teachers to deliver effective literacy instruction. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering expert training, coaching, and mentoring to ensure that all children develop strong reading and writing skills.

The ideal candidate will have Qualified Teacher Status, a full driving license, and the right to work in the UK. You should also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training and support to schools, focusing on phonics and literacy instruction.
  • Coach and mentor teachers to improve their literacy teaching skills.
  • Work closely with school leaders to implement effective literacy strategies.
