">About the Role
">We are seeking a dynamic and experienced School Librarian to lead our library and resource department. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experience of our students and contributing to the school's continued success.

- Develop and implement effective literacy programs that cater to diverse learning needs and styles.">
- Manage and maintain the school's library collections, including ordering new resources and evaluating existing materials.">
- Collaborate with teachers to design and deliver engaging library programs that integrate with the curriculum.">
- Provide individualized support to students, helping them develop reading strategies and techniques that enhance their learning outcomes.">
- Maintain accurate records of library usage, borrowing, and resource management.">
- Stay up-to-date with the latest educational research and best practices in literacy development, ensuring our library programs remain innovative and effective.">
- Foster a positive and inclusive library environment that promotes a love of reading and learning among students.">
