Job Title: Enterprise Account Director

Quantios, a global leader in technology for the trust and corporate services sector, is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a territory account management plan in line with Quantios' strategy.
  • Identify opportunities and threats in assigned accounts to maximize revenue and mitigate risks.
  • Achieve revenue and NPS targets established by the Global Head of Sales.
  • Manage the account management cycle using Quantios' methodology and ensure HubSpot is up to date.
  • Negotiate or assist in negotiations on terms and conditions of contracts and service agreements.
  • Assist in market research and build client profiles to understand their current systems, potential future software investments, and key decision makers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to perform competition analysis and identify opportunities and threats.
  • Ensure full attendance by assigned client group at Quantios Forums, Product Advisory Groups, and other customer events.
Requirements:
  • Degree or similar level of education.
  • Self-starter with adaptable and tenacious ability to execute plans.
  • Passion for discussing business needs and challenges with clients.
  • Positive outlook and attitude, demonstrating resilience, willingness, and flexibility.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Financial services background beneficial but not essential.
  • Understanding of Fintech SaaS sales environment beneficial but not essential.
