We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Acer Mews care home in Ashton Under-Lyne. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents and ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver person-centered care to residents, promoting independence and dignity
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and services
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of resident care and progress
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD) qualification
- 42 hour contract on days
- £21.78 per hour
