Job Description
As a Reception and Guest Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, handling guest queries, and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, adhering to health and safety protocols, and contributing to the overall success of the hotel.
You will be working closely with the hotel's management team to ensure that all aspects of the business are running smoothly, from room allocations to restaurant reservations. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask will be essential in delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Candidates should have a strong background in hospitality, preferably with experience in a similar role within a high-end hotel or resort.
- Ambitious and results-driven individuals with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests, colleagues, and external partners.
- Familiarity with industry-standard software, such as property management systems and reservation platforms, is highly desirable.
