We are seeking a skilled Salesforce professional to join the Genuit Group team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our Salesforce platform, ensuring its efficiency and effectiveness in supporting our sales operations.
The Salesforce Administrator will work as part of the business systems team and play a pivotal role in building and maintaining the group-wide Salesforce capability.
- Creating and managing changes to the Salesforce platform.
- Extending and maintaining the Salesforce platform, including security and integrity.
- Data quality, migration, and maintenance.
- Monitoring Salesforce developments to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the platform.
- User assistance and training.
- Supporting project and change activities in relation to sales and customer service.
- Supporting other solutions or processes that Salesforce is dependent upon, such as ERP, MDM, and Logistics.
Key Requirements:
- Previous Salesforce experience.
- Certified Salesforce administrator (Advanced Administrator is highly desirable).
- Strong background in data management and structures.
- Experience in reporting, Power BI, and standard Salesforce reporting functionality.
