The Finance Team Role:

The finance team plays a pivotal role in steering our financial strategy and ensuring sustainable growth. Our mission is to empower the company with accurate, timely, and insightful financial information to drive informed decision-making and strategic planning.

  • Lead, manage and develop a small finance team.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Prepare and analyse monthly financial statements.
  • Review accounting/business processes and practices and improve where necessary to ensure efficient financial operations.
  • Minimum of 3 years post-qualified CIMA or ACCA experience.
  • Previous experience supporting and assisting an audit process.
  • Risk management skills.
