Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Transactions Specialist to join our team at Reed Accountancy. As a Legal Cashier, you will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Billing and Invoicing: Process and manage client invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payment.
- Financial Data Entry: Accurately enter and maintain financial data, including client and office bank statements.
- Reconciliations and Audits: Conduct regular reconciliations and audits to ensure financial accuracy and compliance with Solicitor Accounting Rules.
- Financial Support: Provide support to all legal departments, ensuring seamless financial operations.
- Administrative Duties: Manage and maintain accurate records, perform general administration tasks, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience working in a similar role in the legal finance sector.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in financial software and systems.
- Education: Relevant qualifications in accounting or finance.
