About the Role

Eventus Legal is seeking a skilled Legal Cashier to join our team in a full-time, permanent position. As a Legal Cashier, you will be responsible for a wide range of accounting and administrative tasks, including billing, completions, and day-to-day transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete billing and assist with completions
  • Process day-to-day transactions and post client and office bank statements
  • Perform bank reconciliations and provide support to all legal departments
  • Archive and perform general administration duties
  • Audit and review financial transactions to ensure compliance with Solicitor Accounting Rules
Person Specification

We are looking for a candidate with 1 or more years of experience in a similar legal finance role or equivalent legal finance assistant experience. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, strong analytical and numerical skills, and the ability to work as part of a team and autonomously.
