**Job Description:** Commercial Building Cost Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled Commercial Building Cost Manager to join our team at Blaymires Recruitment Ltd. The ideal candidate will have experience in estimating in commercial construction and be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:

  1. Review project plans, specifications, and requirements to determine project scope and objectives.
  2. Conduct material take-offs and quantify labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
  3. Analyse project documents and identify potential risks, opportunities, and value engineering options.

The successful candidate will have a degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) and proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
