About the Role:

As a Travel Money Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and helping customers navigate the world of foreign exchange. You will work closely with our retail customers to understand their travel needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Nurture and form relationships with customers to gain a better understanding of their travel and currency requirements.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor, providing support and advice on great Travelex products and services.
  • Engage with customers to process all foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Deliver on key performance goals, both procedural and customer-focused.
  • Utilize your keen eye for detail to process daily online FX requests and deliveries.
  • Implement best practice legal and regulatory standards and adhere to Travelex compliance procedures.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £12.50 per hour, plus a monthly bonus for hitting targets. You will also receive a range of benefits, including a pension with Scottish Widows, flexible hours, and shift patterns to suit your lifestyle.
