About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets in retail environments. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring effective collaboration with colleagues and customers alike.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies
• Motivate and inspire colleagues to achieve sales targets
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure high customer satisfaction

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of retail management experience
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
