Lead Psychologist for Early Intervention in Psychosis

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Psychologist to lead our Early Intervention in Psychosis Services in the Black Country. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing professional management and clinical supervision to Psychologists and Psychological Therapists, as well as taking a lead role in developing psychological provision for clients under our care.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement psychological therapies for clients with complex mental health issues, social and emotional difficulties, and their carers and/or families.
- Provide specialist and highly skilled psychological assessments, formulations, interventions, and evaluations of outcome for clients.
- Take a lead role in developing audits, research, and service evaluation activity.
- Contribute to the development of new models of integrated primary and secondary care for adults and older adults.

Person Specification
- Eligibility for Graduate Membership of the British Psychological Society (BPS).
- Post-graduate doctorate in clinical psychology or equivalent.
- Post-doctoral training in the supervision of Trainee Clinical Psychologists.
- Experience of working in an Early Intervention in Psychosis service.
