Lead Psychologist for Early Intervention in Psychosis Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Psychologist to join our Early Intervention in Psychosis Services team at Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional management and clinical supervision to Psychologists and Psychological Therapists
- Take a lead role in developing psychological provision for clients under the care of the service
- Recruit and manage psychology staff within the service
- Support the psychological thinking and interventions of non-psychology staff
- Contribute to the development of audits, research, and service evaluation activity
Our team works with clients who have a diagnosis of, or who may be developing, a First Episode of Psychosis, and who often present with complex mental health, social, and relational difficulties.
Requirements- Eligibility for Graduate Membership of BPS
- Post-graduate doctorate in clinical psychology as accredited by the BPS
- Post-doctoral training in the supervision of Trainee Clinical Psychologists
- Experience of working in an Early Intervention in Psychosis service (desirable)
- Training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in Psychosis (CBTp) (desirable)
