**Job Description:** We are looking for a skilled Receptionist to join our team near Solihull. As a key member of our corporate support team, you will provide exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our office.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Greeting clients and visitors and checking them into the office
  2. Handling phone calls and messages
  3. Preparing meeting rooms and ensuring the office area is tidy

You will also be responsible for handling administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and archiving documents, as well as typing documents and handling post.

To succeed in this role, you should have previous experience in a similar position, ideally within a law firm or corporate environment. You will also need to be self-motivated and able to work independently.

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
