At COMO Metropolitan London, we are seeking a highly skilled Spa Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless experience for our spa guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle spa reservations efficiently, providing guests with appointment lists and highlighting spa policies.
  • Check in/out guests in accordance with our high standards.
  • Conduct spa tours for visitors, providing accurate and relevant information.
  • Close sales at the end of the day, promoting our retail products and services.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the reception, retail, and back office areas.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a spa or wellness environment is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a reception department is preferred.
  • Experience working with hotel management systems (Fidelio, Opera) and spa software systems (e.g., Reservation Assistant) is preferred.
  • Possess a genuine passion for guest service and excellent standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal command of English.
  • Personable, professional, and engaging with impeccable manners.
  • Possess immaculate grooming and presentation.
