About the Spa Receptionist Role
The Spa Receptionist is a key member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the spa, ensuring a warm and friendly first impression.
- Coordinate and manage spa appointments, ensuring accurate scheduling of treatments and services, accommodating guest preferences and therapist availability.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and well-stocked, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for all guests.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and offering information about spa services, promotions, and facilities.
- Assist with taking orders and serving food & beverages to guests in the Spa.
- Perform various administrative tasks such as processing payments, handling phone calls, maintaining client records, and managing correspondence.
About You:
We are looking for a candidate with a proven background in spa or hospitality services, with strong organizational and multitasking skills. You should possess a deep understanding of spa treatments and a commitment to delivering exceptional levels of service.
