Key Account Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at BMS Performance. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for selling a range of quality ophthalmic pharmaceuticals to all levels of the NHS in your designated area.

About the Role

This is a multi-faceted position that requires a strong understanding of the ophthalmic pharmaceutical market and the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, including GP clinics, hospitals, and ICPs
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including dispensing GPs, ophthalmic consultants, and payors
  • Provide training and support to clinicians to cement customer relationships and ameliorate patient treatments
Requirements
  • Experience in primary or secondary care pharmaceutical sales
  • Excellent account management skills
  • Basic salary £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience
  • Uncapped bonus with £20k achievable on this patch
  • Car allowance of £ per month
  • 25 days annual leave, healthcare, company pension, laptop, mobile phone
