Branch Manager

We're seeking an experienced Branch Manager to join our team at haart, where you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily meetings with the Estate Agency team to set goals and objectives
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve KPIs and improve performance
  • Monitor and assess individual team member performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching
  • Encourage team development and progression, identifying opportunities for growth and training
  • Focus on generating new and repeat business, developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers
  • Liaise with prospective buyers and arrange property viewings in line with their needs
  • Negotiate offers and agree sales, ensuring the business is risk-averse and compliant with regulatory bodies
Essential Skills:
  • Full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience within Estate Agency at a Senior Negotiator position, a Property Valuer position, or higher
  • Ability to work well with others to create a team spirit and enjoyable working environment
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
  • Strong understanding of current legislation related to Estate Agency
  • Ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads, with a reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Good telephone manner and strong IT skills (basic Microsoft packages)
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under own initiative
