About the Role

As a Branch Manager at haart, you'll be responsible for leading a high-performing team of estate agents and sales professionals. Your primary objective will be to drive sales growth, exceed targets, and deliver exceptional customer service. You'll work closely with your team to develop and implement business plans, monitor performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily meetings with the estate agency team to discuss sales strategies and performance
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential
  • Monitor and assess individual performance, providing constructive feedback and guidance
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and other stakeholders
  • Negotiate offers and agree sales, ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients
  • Ensure the business is risk-averse and compliant with all regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Full UK driving license for a manual vehicle
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in estate agency at a senior negotiator position or higher
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create and implement business plans, monitor performance, and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Strong understanding of current legislation related to estate agency
  • Ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads
  • Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
