This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Psychologist to join our Home Treatment Team in the London Borough of Bromley. The successful applicant will work closely with the HTT MDT to provide evidence-based psychosocial interventions for service users in crisis and their support networks.
The role will be part of a flourishing and well-respected psychological therapy team in the Bromley acute and crisis services and the wider Trust. The Acute & Crisis Directorate in Oxleas is committed to multi-disciplinary working and psychology holds a strong voice in the system.
Key responsibilities include providing specialist psychological assessments, formulating and implementing plans for the formal psychological treatment and/or management of clients' mental health problems, and developing coherent and inclusive interventions and pathways for including family members, carers and networks in supporting service users' mental health.
We are looking for a candidate with 4 years post qualification experience, experience of work with complex emotional needs, and specialist training and experience in relevant therapeutic models. The ideal candidate will also have experience of service development, working with people in crisis, and providing clinical supervision.
