Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales Administrator to join our Welshpool branch. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of the sales process for our New Construction and Utility Machine departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • To actively participate in communication between Account Managers, Sales Managers, and KMSA Production team to ensure excellent customer service by ensuring all machines are built within the agreed timeframe and to the customer specification.
  • To manage all aspects of the sales process, including quoting, ordering, and delivery of products.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to communicate openly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels. They will also have knowledge of SAP system and Microsoft Dynamics & CRM systems.
