Business Development Director

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Director to lead our commercial strategy in the North Central Midlands region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and profitability while leading and motivating our commercial team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
- Lead and motivate the commercial team to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align commercial goals with business objectives
- Manage and analyze commercial data to inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
- Proven experience in a commercial leadership role within the housebuilding sector
- Strong understanding of commercial operations, including sales, marketing, and customer service
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions
- Strong business acumen and understanding of commercial strategies
