Job Description:

We are currently working in partnership with a secondary school in Cumbria, actively recruiting for a qualified Teaching Assistant with strong behaviour management. The role may also require working on a 1:1 basis with pupils, so you must be open to challenges. This opportunity has scope for becoming a temp to permanent position.

The ideal candidate will possess a confident and consistent aura in managing behaviour, a ‘can do’ attitude, and the ability to engage, enthuse & motivate students.

This post is suitable for individuals who want to start a career within an education setting, having the confidence that comes with full salary portability. Behaviour Management is key for this role.

Essential Requirements:

Salary Information:
£25,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience
