We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team in West Cumbria. The successful candidate will work with teachers to support the education and welfare of pupils with SEMH difficulties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-to-one support to pupils with SEMH difficulties.
  • Assist teachers in delivering lessons and developing learning plans.
  • Monitor and record pupil progress, identifying areas for improvement.

The estimated salary range for this role is £22,000 - £30,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
