People Plus is a leading provider of vocational training, and we are seeking a talented Cleaning Skills Instructor to join our team. As a Cleaning Skills Instructor, you will play a critical role in delivering BiCS training to prisoners, preparing them for employment in the cleaning industry.

Job Description
Deliver BiCS Training: Provide high-quality instruction on cleaning techniques, health and safety compliance, and COSHH regulations to prepare prisoners for work in hygiene services. Induct Prisoners to Cleaning Academy: Lead comprehensive training covering academy policies, safe equipment use, and emergency procedures to ensure a thorough introduction.

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is £32,000 - £34,700 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including 25 days annual leave, paid volunteering day each year, enhanced maternity scheme, life assurance, pension scheme, holiday purchase scheme, and more.
