Coyle Personnel, a renowned staffing solutions provider in the UK, is currently recruiting for a highly skilled Skilled Trades Training Instructor to join their Further Education team in North West London. As a seasoned expert in plumbing, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to students of various ages.

\Key Responsibilities:\[ul style="list-style-type: disc;"]\. Deliver NVQ level 1 and 2 plumbing lessons to classes of approximately 15-20 students. . Assign work tasks for each session. Ensure students understand key concepts by providing clear demonstrations. Conduct thorough risk assessments to guarantee a safe working environment. Collaborate with Curriculum Managers and other college staff as needed. Support students in completing coursework and assessments. .\Requirements:\[span style="font-weight: bold;"]Essential Requirements:[/span]\. Possess good technical knowledge and hands-on experience in plumbing. Hold relevant trade qualifications. Proven track record of training others, preferably within the plumbing industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Estimated Salary: £42,000 - £52,000 per annum.
