Job Description
AJ Fox Compliance seeks a seasoned Compliance Manager to lead their regulatory compliance team in Buckinghamshire. The successful candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including the Money Laundering Regulations 2017, SRA Standards and Regulations, Legal Ombudsman Scheme Rules, Data Protection Act 2018, Proceeds of Crime Act 2002, and the Lexcel Standard.

The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Client complaint handling and liaison with the Legal Ombudsman or SRA when required.
  2. Lexcel Standard achievement and maintenance.
  3. Support to the MLRO and COFA.
  4. Development and implementation of risk management policies, procedures, and internal audits.
  5. Conflict resolution.
  6. Human Resources assistance.
  7. Firm-wide training provision.
  8. Professional Indemnity Insurance oversight.
  9. Customer Due Diligence process coordination.
  10. Renewal of practicing certificates and other accreditations.
