Construction Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of construction tasks, including but not limited to, demolition, excavation, concrete work, and general site maintenance.
- Operate and maintain construction equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner.
- Work collaboratively with the construction team to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Follow safety guidelines and protocol to ensure a secure working environment.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a construction labourer
- Proficient in the use of construction tools and equipment.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines in a construction environment.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
