Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and welcoming Host to join our team at Lucia. As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in creating a memorable experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering telephones to the company standard, being friendly, polite and helpful.
  • Taking and handling reservations/enquiries in relation to bookings, utilizing our booking system to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Assisting the Guest Experience Manager in upcoming events and pop-ups, ensuring a smooth and successful execution.
  • Providing exceptional support to servers and management staff during peak business hours, including helping to relay and set tables.
  • Championing Lucia Service, embodying our brand values of being presentable, genuine and friendly, and ensuring that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience.

Requirements

  • Presentation and communication skills, with excellent telephone manner.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, dependent on business needs.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
