Job Title: Regional Director of People and Culture

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Regional Director of People and Culture to lead our people operations for Sea Containers London and One Hundred Shoreditch. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing people strategies and programs to ensure maximization of employee engagement, drive business results, and optimize processes and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement people strategies and programs to drive business results and optimize processes and performance.
  • Lead and manage the People and Culture team to ensure effective delivery of people operations.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Team to drive alignment and ensure that people strategies are aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement training programs to improve guest experience, financial performance, and environmental sustainability.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Manage the HRIS system (Workday) to ensure accurate and timely data management.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to operational managers to manage complex performance and disciplinary issues.
  • Accountable for day-to-day P&L for areas of responsibility.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled HR professional with a strong track record of success in leading people operations in a hospitality organization. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Degree-level or equivalent HR experience.
  • CIPD Level 7 qualification.
  • Extensive experience in HR leadership roles.
  • Experience managing large teams over multiple locations.
  • Experience managing all functions of People and Culture, including Learning and Development, and Recruitment.
  • Extensive experience in HR and employment law areas.
  • Extensive knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and accounting.
