Are you a seasoned leader with a passion for delivering exceptional results in the repairs and disrepair sector? Retinue Solutions is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team in London.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organised, customer-focused individual to provide oversight and management of all aspects of disrepair projects. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the Disrepair portfolio, directly managing the pipeline of new cases and reducing the number of open claims.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high-performing team in the repairs/disrepair environment
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in contractor management
  • Results-focused and experience of implementing and embedding work plans to drive performance
  • Good understanding of relevant legislation, statutory and regulatory requirements
  • A strategic thinker with experience of process improvement within a complex team
  • Excellent stakeholder management and ability to collaborate with multiple teams at all levels
  • Ability to analyse and present data to Senior Leadership
