About the Role

Cygnet Health Care is seeking a skilled and experienced Clinical Manager (RMN/RNLD) to join our team at Cygnet Hospital Wyke.

Job Responsibilities

As a Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for providing direction and contemporary initiatives to drive and embed effective clinical practice and leadership for care delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure delivery of an optimum level of clinical and therapeutic care, along with compliance with statutory regulations and quality standards.
  • Lead and deliver the hospital strategy, providing operational and clinical leadership to the wider staff group in support of the Hospital Manager.
  • Oversee multiple departments, including psychology, speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, and social work.

Requirements

  • Experience as a qualified Senior Mental Health Nurse with minimum 2 years managerial experience.
  • Significant experience of leading teams and/or senior practice-based work.
  • Ability to interpret and analyse complex information and manage complex circumstances.
