About the Role
Cygnet Health Care is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Hospital Manager to join our team at Cygnet Hospital Wyke. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for providing direction and leadership to our clinical and administrative staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of senior mental health nurses and other healthcare professionals
- Develop and implement effective clinical practice and leadership strategies to drive service improvement
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and quality standards
- Provide operational and clinical leadership to the wider staff group
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years managerial experience in a mental health setting
- Significant experience of leading teams and/or senior practice-based work
- Ability to interpret and analyse complex information and manage complex circumstances
