Deputy Service Manager Role Overview

Voyage Care is currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Deputy Service Manager to join our team in Barton-upon-Humber. As a Deputy Service Manager, you will play a central role in leading our residential service and ensuring the highest standards of care are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of colleagues to provide person-centred support plans and care needs assessments.
  • Recruit and induct new colleagues, complete supervisions and appraisals, and conduct medication audits.
  • Attend multi-disciplinary meetings and complete reports to assist the Registered Manager in day-to-day service management.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a care management role and a Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviours.
