We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our team and drive the success of our leisure venues in Bristol. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize revenue, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain high standards of safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive revenue growth
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
  • Manage and drive revenue streams, including admissions, sales, marketing, and food & beverage
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with staff, peers, support teams, and senior management
  • Ensure compliance with food and health & safety regulations and maintain a safe, clean, and legal operating environment

Requirements:

  • Proven General Management experience in hospitality, leisure, or entertainment venues with high volume and performance standards
