Senior Sous Chef Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join our team at a luxury hotel. As a key member of the kitchen team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day kitchen operation, ensuring that food is produced to the highest standard.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage a team of 12 Chefs and 4 Kitchen Porters
* Train and coach junior staff members
* Ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen, including food preparation, presentation, and service
* Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene

**Requirements**

* Proven experience as a Senior Sous Chef in a luxury hotel environment
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
* Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm and professional demeanor in a fast-paced kitchen environment
