Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef Assistant to join our team at C&E Recruitment. As an Executive Chef Assistant, you will be responsible for managing a section within the kitchen, ensuring that food is produced to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a section within the kitchen, overseeing the preparation and presentation of dishes
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes
  • Supervise a team of kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and excellent customer experience

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef De Partie in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant
  • Proven track record of managing a section within a kitchen and leading a team
  • Excellent culinary skills, with a focus on presentation and quality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
